Shrimp Pico de Gallo Toast Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 slices Artesano® Bread
- 4 ounces baby shrimp, pre-cooked
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 3 teaspoons jalapeños, minced
- 3 tablespoons red onions, minced
- 1 lime
- Fresh cilantro, chopped
Directions
- Mix shrimp, tomatoes, jalapeños, onions and cilantro in a small bowl. Squeeze lime juice over mixture and blend.
- Spoon over toasted bread.
