Melt-In-Your-Mouth Bread Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 slices of day-old Artesano® Bread
- 1 tbsp butter (melted)
- ¼ cup raisins
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1 cup milk
- ¼ cup & 2 tbsp white sugar
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Break bread slices into small pieces and place in 8-inch square baking pan. Drizzle melted butter over bread and sprinkle raisins. In medium bowl, beat eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla. Pour over bread and lightly push down with fork to soak up egg mixture. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until top springs back when lightly tapped.
